Jackie Mihaley Photography needed a cohesive brand to take her business to the next level. She was ready to really grow her business, but needed the brand strategy and assets to start marketing and promoting herself and her site. She did have a website, but it was outdated and not very functional. Her site was built on PhotoBiz to integrate with her client galleries and billing system. We decided the Brand Foundations ToolKit was the best solution to give her that starting place for her business. 

When it came to her brand messaging, we wanted to emphasize that she is a luxury service for businesses, and that the experience and prices will reflect that. We wanted to show how she helps business owners showcase their brand with photos, and how having a gallery of brand photos can help business owners market themselves better and stand out professionally.

We continued that trend with the visuals, and wanted to let her photography shine so we went with a light blue and grey color scheme that is sophisticated, simple, and beautiful. With her logo, she’d had one version of the logo done, and we just expanded upon that creating a stacked version and logomark.

We used PhotoBiz for her website as well, and worked with a provided theme from the platform to allow the photos to shine and make the intake/onboarding process smooth with her inquiry form. 

We started with the brand kit in early August, finished that up in October, and launched the site the week of Thanksgiving.
