An Abbreviated Preview
the process
The brand foundations toolkit process is a minimum 60-day commitment. The timeline is dependent on the feedback turnaround and the website’s complexity.
There are two major steps that you need to complete in the process, one at the beginning, and one before we start developing the assets like the website.
When the process is complete, you will have everything you need to start building your brand and marketing to your ideal customer.
We meet for 30 minutes to review your brand and goals, and discuss what direction you are interested in taking your business. After the consultation, we will provide you with a custom proposal for your Brand Foundations ToolKit.
Our client onboarding process begins when you accept your custom proposal and pay the project deposit. We will send you our baseline intake form, and jump on a call to review your answers before we draft your brand kit. This is the most important step, as we cannot begin work without knowing what we are working on!
We draft the identity, strategy, and visual sections of the brand kit for you.
We go through 3-5 rounds of tweaks and edits to finalize the first three sections of the brand toolkit.
Before we can truly begin the assets portion of the toolkit, we need some website content! Our team are master wordsmiths, so don’t worry about hiring a copywriter or editor. We just need to know what to write about! This is the second-most important step for you, the client, as we cannot work on the rest of the toolkit without this information.
Our team drafts the website for you!
We go through 3-5 rounds of tweaks and edits to finalize the website.
We publish the website! Hooray! You can announce to everyone now, or wait a week or two for the final celebration.
We finish up the brand foundations toolkit with the last assets and prepare for delivery.
We did it! Your brand foundations toolkit is complete! We deliver the final product and celebrate on one last call, or if you are local we celebrate with coffee! Post on social media, share you new brand, and get started with marketing your business!
