Squarespace is very user friendly so is perfect for those who want to easily make website changes on their own. There are some integrations, but often it requires you to upgrade plans or only use tools Squarespace develops. It is a little more expensive, and you lose some customization capabilities.
WordPress is more technical but offers limitless integrations, customizations, and features. If you can dream it, WordPress can do it. It has a lower initial price, but often the additional integrations and customizations come through paid plugins. However, for a basic 2-5 page site you rarely need those paid plugins.
